How BAPM Supports Research
BAPM is strongly supportive of perinatal research and we recognise the importance of high quality research to benefit babies, mothers and families. As an independent professional organisation we do not review and endorse external research proposals. However, we can support members interested in research by linking them with useful resources.
BAPM members are able to share information about research projects, surveys, calls for participation, resources and research findings through our newsletters, reaching over 3,000 members working in or studying neonatal care. We can also provide letters of support of perinatal research but these are generic and do not mean that BAPM can be listed as a supporter of the applicable trial or project.
Please see the communication section of our FAQs for more details.
