BAPM Annual Conference 2023 – Breathe, Nurture and Thrive

Location: Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield
General one-day tickets for the BAPM Annual Conference have sold out. These tickets are reserved for BAPM Awards Nominees who wish to attend the second day of the conference only including the BAPM Gopi Menon Awards.
If you are not nominated for an award, please book a two-day live ticket or a Virtual ticket.
Please note that there may be small changes to the programme between now and the live event. These will only be made if unavoidable.
The event will also include
- The British Association of Perinatal Medicine Annual General Meeting.
- The 2023 BAPM Gopi Menon Award.
- Free Paper Presentations and Poster Walk.
- BAPM Annual Dinner (Tickets for the dinner must be booked separately.)

BAPM Members benefit from discounted tickets. Follow the link below and login to book your Member ticket. Non-members are welcome to join BAPM.
Fully retired clinicians or parents (non-health care professionals) can select the 'other' ticket rate.

Booking deadline
- Live tickets will close 31 August (or sooner if tickets sell out).
- Virtual tickets will close 6 September.
- Trust and group booking will close 11 August.
Making a Trust Booking
Trusts can request to pay by invoice by contacting the BAPM Office. The last date to request an invoice payment is Friday 11 August. Payment must be received before the event.
Refund policy
Should you need to cancel your ticket, you can do so up until 14 August and receive a full refund. After 14 August, you can exchange your Live ticket to a Virtual ticket, however no refund will be issued for the difference in price. Exchanges made after 6 September: you will receive a recording of the conference, however we cannot guarantee you will be able to join the virtual event in real time.
