BAPM has launched a survey to gain a snapshot of the working patterns for neonatal consultants across the UK. The information gathered by this survey will help BAPM to plan the next stage of our work in this area including a report highlighting good practice examples and recommendations to address the issues raised.

We know that job plans vary across the country and we want to know what it's like for you. We're looking for examples of good practice as well as areas that need to be improved.

The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete as we're looking to gain a deeper understanding of your working life. We want to make sure that working in neonatal care is attractive, safe and sustainable.

If you are a consultant working in the British Isles covering any level of neonatal service, please do take the time to help us better understand this matter for the benefit of both present and future neonatologists.

Deadline: 30 June.
