BAPM is looking to assemble a small group of ANNPs to assist with a Health Education England (HEE) project for the Centre for Advanced Practice (CfAP)

HEE have created specific pathways for clinical specialities to develop 'Domains' and 'Key Capabilities', relevant to the area of practice and within the four pillars of advanced practice. This process has been undertaken by a neonatal working party and is currently focused upon the development of trainee ANNPs. The next stage is to assemble a small group of ANNP's to create illustrations to provide clarity and guidance for trainee ANNPS and demonstrate the required capabilities.  The illustrations will include an example related to practice and suggest methods in which this data could be demonstrated.

If you are an ANNP interested in contributing to ANNP development, within the CfAP framework, and enjoy supporting the development of trainee ANNPs , we would love to hear from you. The interest group will develop a range of illustrations, across the four pillars, which will be embedded within the HEE 'Key Capabilities' for trainee ANNPs.

Please send a brief statement (1-2 paragraphs) expressing your interest to the BAPM office by 14th February. Priority will be given to BAPM members.
