BAPM Spring Conference

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the BAPM Spring Conference 2022.
Delegates with a Virtual Conference ticket can expect to have their joining instructions emailed to them on the afternoon of Friday 13 May. Make sure you check your junk folder and double check which email address you registered with.

The registration desk will open at 08:30am and will be located on the Platform which can be found on the first floor of the venue. There will be clear signage to direct you to the registration desk throughout the venue.
Getting to the event
Millennium Point is located just outside of central Birmingham.
- The nearest train station to the venue is Birmingham Moor Street which is a 10 minute walk followed by Birmingham New Street which is a 14 minute walk.
- The closest airport to the venue is Birmingham Airport which is a 23 minute drive.
Arriving by car
The nearest motorways are the M6, M5 and M42, if using sat-nav please use the following postcode: B4 7AP.
There is a multi-storey car park owned and managed by Birmingham City Council situated adjacent to Millennium Point. The multi-storey car park has a height restriction of 2.1m (6’10”). The car park can be accessed via Curzon Street and Millennium Point is clearly signposted from all main routes into the city – simply follow the signs from the A4540 Ring Road.

Please note – Birmingham City Council multi-storey car park accepts cash or card payments and payment is to be made on exit. An HSBC cash point is situated on Level 0 within Millennium Point.
Please note: no accommodation has been booked for you, there is a list of recommendations below. Please note that CFS Events cannot book accommodation on your behalf. If you have booked any accommodation, please do check the details before you arrive.

Complimentary WIFI is available across the venue allowing you to browse the internet, check e-mails and use social media.
The exhibition stands are located in the Platform room alongside the catering. Please take time to visit the exhibition stands during the breaks and lunch while you are at the meeting as without the exhibitors’ generous support, this conference could not go ahead.
Lunch and refreshments
Lunch and refreshments will be available in the Platform room with the exhibitors. Please note that if we have been notified about any dietary requirements then you will be provided with a suitable lunch option. Please notify a member of staff if there is no suitable option available for you at the buffet. If you have not yet communicated a dietary requirement then please do so as soon as possible before the meeting, by emailing Terrie Austin on [email protected].
The Optimal Cord Management workshop will be located in the auditorium. This workshop is available to all delegates with in-person tickets.
The How to use LISA workshop will be held in the Connect room. Please note you will only be able to partake in the workshop if you have been selected. You will be notified if you have been selected to participate.
There will be clear signage throughout the venue to direct you to the workshops.

Cancellations and transfers
The deadline for ticket cancellations and transfers was 8 May 2022. We will no longer be able to accept changes.
If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend the BAPM Spring Conference in-person after the registration cancellation deadline, please advise [email protected] by Friday 13 May for access to the virtual event.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend the meeting and self-isolate until your symptoms end. It is no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings, if you would like a face covering on the day there will be some available at the registration desk.
Session recordings will be made available to view after the event for a limited time. Please note: recordings will not be available immediately after the event but you will be notified when recordings are available to watch.
