Parking on campus

Parking for delegates is charged at £4 per day and must be booked in advance.

To book a parking permit please email the venue.

Baby friendly facilities

Babies are welcome at the Evidence and Excellence Conference!

  • Private breast feeding room (if preferred. Obviously every room is a breast feeding room!)
  • Baby change
  • Step free access to the building and lecture theatre.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

Improving our sustainability

Based on feedback received from our delegates we are looking at ways to make our conference more sustainable. This year the delegates packs will be a simple cardboard folder which we encourage you to reuse. There will be water points available at the conference so please do bring refillable bottles.

We are also trying to print less and put more information online. We will be surveying conference delegates to ask their views on making the conference more paper free in the future.

If you have any other ideas about how we can make our conference more sustainable we would love to hear from you.
