Aspect Imagining recently launched its Embrace Neonatal MRI System - the world's first FDA-cleared and CE approved MRI system installed inside the NICU. It has been designed specially to avoid the risks of transpoting infants to an external MRI facility, enabling safer imagining of newborns and allowing medical staff and parents to be present during scanning. Total prep and scan time is less than an hour. Embrace features an integrated patient bed which minimizes movement and allows temperature control and vital parameter monitoring.
