This virtual conference will present the findings of the 9th MBRRACE-UK report of Saving Lives, Improving Mothers' Care: findings of the surveillance of maternal mortality in the UK 2018-20 and lessons learned to inform maternity care from the UK and Ireland Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Death and Morbidity 2018-2020.
The causes of maternal deaths covered in this report are deaths from:
- Suicide
- Accidental deaths
- Pre-eclampsia
- Early pregnancy deaths
- Cardiac deaths
- Review of critical care
It will also present the findings of a multimorbidity enquiry.
