Successful/unsuccessful abstracts will be announced the week commencing Monday 29 July.

Conference run

For delegates joining us on Tuesday, there will be an optional 5k social run starting at 6:45am. Don't forget to pack your running shoes! Please tick when signing up if you're interested in joining the run so we can gauge numbers.

Booking deadlines

Early Bird tickets: 30 June.
Live tickets: 1 September.
Virtual tickets: 5 September.
Trust and group booking: 9 August.

Trust and group bookings

If you would like to make a group booking, a 10% discount is available on combined bookings of Live tickets over £500. Please contact [email protected] for trust and group bookings.

Refund policy

The deadline to cancel your ticket and receive a full refund is 13 August. After 13 August, you can exchange your Live ticket to a Virtual ticket, however no refund will be issued for the difference in price. 

Exchanges made after 5 September: you will receive a recording of the conference, however we cannot guarantee you will be able to join the virtual event in real time.
