This virtual workshop, which is intended for those wishing to become EPIQ facilitators, will cover the EPIQ workshop content; as well as additional material focused on developing your knowledge and skills as a co-facilitator.

The common issues that groups encounter will be addressed, with facilitation tips for guiding teams. The aim is to learn how to help participants work with each EPIQ tool effectively.

Delegates will be provided with a zoom tutorial about co-facilitating in a virtual environment, using breakout rooms in zoom, and how to incorporate virtual tools that participants use during the workshop.

The EPIQ workshop uses a hands-on approach that enables teams to successfully implement quality improvement together. Each workshop incorporates a series of 10 steps that build a team's understanding of quality improvement using evidence-based tools and realistic improvement opportunities.
