Medicines for Children, a programme funded by RCPCH, has developed a new poster for parents on medicines for babies. The new poster has QR code links to medicines commonly prescribed for babies and is designed to be put up in clinics or waiting rooms.

Medicines for Children provides information about more than 220 medicines used for children and young people. The information addresses frequently asked questions, such as how and when to give the medicine, what to do if you forget to give the medicine, and any possible side‑effects.

Medicines for Children programme manager, Anna Rossiter, is keen to hear from BAPM members with suggestions of any additional medicines that could be of use to their patients. Contact [email protected]
