BAPM is recruiting for a number of roles on its Executive Committee. Joining BAPM's Executive Committee (EC) is a great opportunity to influence BAPM's work and the wider world of neonatal care.

The roles are

  • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Lead
  • Family Advocacy and Support Lead
  • Honorary Treasurer
  • Safety Lead
  • Staff Education and Wellbeing Lead
  • Representative for Trainees and Students

EC members take a hands-on role in planning and delivering BAPM's strategic plan and representing the organisation at relevant events and committees.

The BAPM EC works as a team, supporting each other and BAPM Office staff. If you are keen to share your own experiences, learn a lot and contribute to a hard-working and dynamic team then we would love for you to apply.

How to apply

The role descriptions for each position are available below.

Nominations should be submitted on the appropriate form by the advertised deadline by email or post to the BAPM office

If more than one nomination is received a ballot of the membership will be required and applicants will be asked to submit a statement of up to 250 words to support their application, outlining relevant experience and reasons for applying for the role.

For an informal chat about any of the roles feel free to contact the outgoing representatives or the BAPM Office.
