The ENHANCE team at the University of York is looking for neonatal specialists to help finalise the processes of recruitment and consent for the third workstream in this NIHR funded study of end of life care for babies and children.

The team wishes to thank all those who completed the survey in the first workstream or who are contributing to the qualitative study (workstream 2).

The last workstream will be a prospective study of dying babies (in NNU) and children (in PICU) which will investigate if the outcomes for babies and their families differ depending on the care that they received at the end of life. The ENHANCE team wants to work closely with the neonatal specialist at this design stage to ensure it can deliver this really important study.

If you are interested in joining the virtual consultation on 22 June at 1-3pm, email
[email protected] or email the Chief investigator [email protected] for more details about the study.
