We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic members to join the executive committee of BAPM’s special interest group (SIG) BANNFU.
The British Association for Neonatal Neurodevelopmental Follow-up (BANNFU) is a multidisciplinary group which exists to improve the long term outcomes of all babies that have had neonatal care by disseminating best practice and improving care and advocating for a consistent approach to follow up across the UK.
The BANNFU executive committee makes decisions about the group and oversees the work programme of the SIG. By joining the committee you will have a central role in influencing BANNFU’s work both in developing standards and delivering education to neonatal professionals. The role offers a chance to learn about and influence the organisation and delivery of neonatal follow up services at national level, and opportunities to network with a wide and diverse range of professionals in neonatal follow up care.
You will be expected to attend committee meetings 4-5 times per year and in addition may be asked to undertake project work relevant to your experience and expertise.
