Accommodation is not included in the registration fee but some rooms have been reserved at the following hotels in the centre of Edinburgh at varying room rates. We have recently been advised that the meeting coincides with the Pope's visit to Edinburgh so hotels are already heavily booked and room rates are higher than usual in most places. Please note therefore that you are advised to book both accommodation and travel as soon as possible. When booking, please quote the booking reference given below and note that hotels will require a credit card number to secure the booking: Please note that accommodation has also been reserved for delegates who wish to stay on campus at Heriot Watt University. The rooms are of a good standard and at a much cheaper rate per night than the hotels so delegates may find this a preferable option. To book, telephone: Both hotel and university accommodation will be allocated on a 'first come, first served' basis so please ensure that you book early, particularly if you wish to select your own accommodation in Edinburgh.
