How To JoinWho joins?Current membership now stands at approximately 850. BAPM welcomes applications for membership from all those with an active interest in the field of perinatal medicine, both health professionals and allied professions. Current membership includes specialist registrars and consultants who are neonatal paediatricians, obstetricians and gynaecologists. It also includes paediatric pathologists, neonatal nurses and nurse managers, midwives, physiologists, statisticians and parent representatives. How do I join?New members are always welcome. Click here to download an Application Form (PDF format) or contact the Membership & Finance Assistant at the BAPM office in London. Prospective members simply need to have a proposer, who must be a current BAPM member. (If you do not know a current member of BAPM but would like to be considered for membership, please send a copy of your CV with your application form.) Gift Aid DeclarationBy completing a Gift Aid Declaration members can enable BAPM to reclaim tax on their subscriptions. Existing members who have not completed a Declaration can download the Gift Aid form here (PDF). What do I get?Membership entitles you to receive regular BAPM Newsletters, copies of all future publications and the BAPM Handbook. Also, you will be entitled to registration at the BAPM Annual Scientific Meeting and other BAPM meetings at a reduced rate. |
